On September 16th, Zhao Guoqing, Vice President of Jilin University, met with Chia-Chin Lin, Dean of the School of Nursing, of the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine at The University of Hong Kong. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening the joint training of nursing programs and research cooperation.

Zhao Guoqing extended a warm welcome to Chia-Chin Lin and introduced Jilin University's advantages and achievements in medical discipline development, scientific research innovation and practical training.

He stated that he hopes to share resources and advantages through cooperation with the School of Nursing at the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong. By improving education, scientific research, and medical standards in the medical field, and build a broad platform for the training of national medical and nursing talents.

Chia-Chin Lin expressed her hope that through this cooperation with the School of Nursing of Jilin University, the nursing education and talent exchange between the two sides will lead to improvements in the filed of medicine, as well as the continuous development of the exchange program itself.
