
The 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Logic and Applications (AILA 2023) was held in Changchun from Aug 5 to 6, 2023.
The event was hosted by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) and co-organized by Jilin University (JLU) and the CAAI Professional Committee of Artificial Intelligence Logic.
The conference aimed to provide a platform for international academic exchange in artificial intelligence logic and its applications. Its key topics included doxastic and epistemic logic, description and separation logic, automated reasoning and approximate reasoning, and neuro-symbolic integration.
Professor ZHANG Yonggang, vice dean of JLU's College of Computer Science and Technology, chaired the opening ceremony, and Professor YANG Bo, dean of the college, delivered the opening speech. Over 100 experts, scholars, and graduate students from domestic and international universities attended the opening ceremony.
The conference featured keynote speeches, 36 oral presentations of conference papers, and 56 valid paper submissions from around the world. One paper received the Best Paper Award, and three papers received Best Paper Nominations.
The next AILA session will be held in Lanzhou, capital of Northwest China's Gansu province, which was announced at the closing ceremony of the AILA 2023.
